Question: Are you a real manufacturer or only a trader?

Reply: We are an original equipment manufacturer. XINPU has been designing and producing excavator attachments since 2007 and is a leading excavator attachment manufacturer in China.

Question: Are you sure your products will fit my excavators and how?

Reply: Yes, we are sure. Depending on XINPU's sufficient pre-sales communication, drawing conformation, huge database and rich experience, we are sure our attachments will suit customers' excavators and applications well.

Question: Can I customize a product?

Reply: Certainly. Our expert engineers can design products according to customers' specific demands.OEM and ODM are always available and welcome.

Question: What’s your MOQ and payment terms?

Reply: MOQ is 1 set. General payment terms: 30% as downpayment and 70% before delivery via T/T, L/C, Credit Card, Western Union,etc. Before asking for the 70% payment, XINPU shall send customers photos and videos of the ready-made products. Other payment terms are negotiable.

Question: How about your delivery time?

Reply: Usually 22 work days or 30 calendar days subject to order quantity. Should there be surges in orders,XINPU shall inform customers of the situation before customers' placing orders.

Question: How about your package?

Reply: XINPU's attachments are generally packaged by standard export fumigation-free wooden cases.Special packages are available and negotiable.

Question: How about your Shipment?

Reply: Products can be delivered by sea, air or railway. Sea and air uploading ports include Qingdao, Yantai, Ningbo,Shanghai ,Shenzhen, Guangzhou,etc. Products can also be shipped by railway when necessary.Optimal shipping methods and various shipping choices will be provided to customers for refrence.

Question: Where have you exported?

Reply: Canada, USA, Barbados, Brazil, Colombia, Australia,New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Israel, UAE,South Africa, Netherlands, Azerbaijan,etc.

Question: How about your prices?

Reply: Reasonable prices with high quality. XINPU shall try its best to provide the best products at reasonable prices with reasonable profit margins.Never shall XINPU provide low-quality products.
